Hi, I’m Scott Meyerson, a Certified Nutrition coach, Personal trainer, and Chef.  I’d like to be your Personal trainer Nutrition coach.

A few months ago, I started working with Scott to develop a home-based exercise program to improve and maintain my fitness, balance, and flexibility. What I got was the trifecta of the best training I have ever experienced (better than any trainer at my local gym), valuable nutrition tips (fiber, fiber, fiber) where I lost 6 pound without dieting, and delicious and nutritious (that doesn’t always happen) recipes and cooking recommendations (what he calls Culinary Coaching). His gentle nature and support, while pushing me to a level of strength and commitment to my goals, has me on a road to fitness I never thought possible. And all this without having to go to my local gym. We work both in person and remotely! I could rave more, but I have to climb the 6 floors to my apartment now. Working with Scott is truly an investment in my health and I was lucky to find such a talented individual (and he makes a killer whole wheat sour dough bread).
